State of the ARC is a monthly meme hosted by Avalinah at Avalinah's Books! It's an opportunity for readers to catch up on their long overdue ARCs, but I use it to keep up with my upcoming ARCs instead. Shhh... don't tell!

The highlighted books are what I plan on reading next! They all have a May release date, so I shouldn't waste any time getting to them. However, that also means that June will be a relatively slow month, and I can play catch up! I'm almost there... another month or two, and I should be completely caught up on my reading. :)
I'm really looking forward to all of these, and I hope they live up to my expectations! Are any of these books on your TBR? Which book are you most excited about?
Oh you have some great ARCs to get to!!! I loved The Unhoneymooners. Can't wait to see what you think of them.
ReplyDeleteYay! I'm happy to hear that! I'm trying to decide which of the May releases I want to start first, even though I should probably read them in order, haha. I'm really looking forward to Star-Crossed! <3
DeleteI have 4 ARC's out from NetGalley right now but I've read them all and already wrote the reviews just waiting for the day they come out to publish them. I think I need to request a few more now. lol
ReplyDeleteSome of these are from NetGalley, and some I received in the mail. However, I have to avoid NetGalley, because I get a little click-happy when I'm on their site! It's always dicey when I log on to post a review. ;)
DeleteMay is such a busy month, I hope the Unhoneymooners is good!
ReplyDeleteYes! May is going to be a busy reading month for me, so I guess it's good I took my spontaneous hiatus when I did, haha. I've only heard good things about The Unhoneymooners, so I'll keep my fingers crossed that it works for me. :)
DeleteI have a few of these on my TBR - The Unhoneymooners and Star-Crossed are two I'm looking forward to, can't wait to read your reviews!
ReplyDeleteI am so excited about Star-Crossed! I think it might be the one I'm looking forward to the most this month! Hopefully it's as good as it sounds. <3
DeleteI'm excited about Wilder Girls because I don't get to read much YA horror since there isn't a big genre for it and I'm hoping that this is amazing! I have an ARC for it, but havne't dived in yet!
ReplyDeleteI typically avoid horror and scary stories, so Wilder Girls will be taking me out of my comfort zone. I hope it's worth it! ;) Maybe we'll get lucky and both love the story. <3
DeleteLook at that ARC collection. *.* Hope you enjoy There's Something About Sweetie. Can't wait to read it.
ReplyDeleteHappy readings!;)

Did you read the author's first book? How was it? I'm curious if this will stand on its own, or if I need to read When Dimple met Rishi first.
DeleteI'm so excited for Storm and Fury. I want to dive in to it NOW but I have a few other arcs I need to read first. Gah!
ReplyDeleteSAME! I'm itching to start it, but I have sooo many May ARCs I need to read first. I hope we both love it!! <3
DeleteI have a copy of Something Like Gravity too, but I haven't gotten around to it yet. Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteKrystianna @ Downright Dystopian
It sounds like a good one! Fingers crossed we both enjoy it! :)
