DeleteI don't think I've read The Tempest, but I'm always up for a good retelling!
ReplyDeleteThe Tempest is one of the few Shakespeare books I have read, haha. I believe it was required reading my junior year? I can't remember. I just know I still have the school's copy on my bookshelves somewhere. 😅

ReplyDeleteI am obsessed with the book's cover! The Tempest is one of the few Shakespeare books/plays I've read, so I'm excited to see how it's retold. Wasn't Kagawa's Iron Fey series based on The Tempest? I can't remember...

ReplyDeleteI'm actually not reading a lot of Marvel! Mostly I get stuff from Boom! Studios. Have you tried any of their stuff? I think IDW is the other one I'm pulling comics from.
DeleteNot into comics at all and I've read my first Graphic Novel at the ripe age of 41!! But it's a good idea and I think there will be a few people on the blog who might love this.

I didn't get into comics until a few years ago! It's a nice change of pace after I've been reading books. The artwork is always so amazing, and the stories are usually pretty great. :)

DeleteThose covers are really great ! I'm not much into comics but I happen to read them. These days, I've been binge reading... mangas ! Because my youngest daughter adores them and we have tons of them home ! So, until I can get back to the library... ;)
